Students of WCCS will be able to register for the 2010-2011 school year on August 4, 2010. Parents will be able to access the registration forms from the district’s Web site (http://www.wccsonline.com/Express%20Registration/Forms/AllItems.aspx), complete, print, and bring it with them on registration day.
The information cannot be submitted electronically after the forms are downloaded from the district’s Web site, under the Express Registration link, but parents with the prefilled forms will be able to get in an Express line on registration day.
Parents can access the registration forms on the district’s Web site (www.wccs.k12.in.us) beginning immediately by clicking the Express Registration link.
In order to Express register, completed districted forms, individual school forms and demographic information for bus routes is required.
WCCS will give parents login identification by mail or e-mail to enter their demographics.
The completed forms must be printed off, signed and taken to registration day at the student’s respective school.
Parents still need to attend registration day to turn in all forms, drop off prescription medications, make a payment to a lunch account, pay student book fees, pick up transportation information, pick up a student ID for high school students, and pay for and pick up a physical education t-shirt for any Indian Springs Middle School students.
Registration for all grades on August 4th, 2010 will be 11:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. at each of the respective school buildings. In addition to the WCCS Registration Day on August 4th, 2010, Columbia City High School will have Freshmen Callout on Thursday, August 12th, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
