• Scheduling Kick-Off Night...
  The Columbia City High School Guidance Department will be hosting "Scheduling Kick Off Night" on Wednesday, December 3, 2008.  Current 10th and 11th graders and their parents are invited to attend at 6PM:
  • Last Names A-E: Auditorium
  • Last Names F- Lh: Multipurpose Room
  • Last Names: Li-R: Cafeteria
  • Last Names: S-Z: Media Center

  All current 9th graders and their parents will meet in the auditorium at 7:30PM. 

• Changes to Progress Reports...
  Parents & Students we are checking that all students have a student planner/agenda.  We are informing you that we are not printing progress reports next Friday or for the remainder of the trimester, but rather having the grade written on the last page in the handbook - for each student.  This will save about 5700 copies every 2 weeks for a total of 28,500 pieces of paper.  We are encouraging parents to view student grades and progress summaries using Harmony Online.  If you don't have a User ID or password please contact CCHS Media Center at 244-6136 Ext. 3302.  Parents please continue to communicate with your student's teachers regarding grades and any missing assignments.
