New families to Whitley County Consolidated Schools (WCCS) District, including Kindergarten, must complete a New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE). The process begins with an NSOE account request.
Whitley County Consolidated Schools welcomes families living outside the school district through the Open Enrollment Program, which allows tuition-free enrollment. Students who wish to enroll may apply for a transfer with an Out of District Form, which is requested from Central Office.

Skyward is a modern Student Information System that gives you control of your data. Teachers, students, and parents have the tools they need at their fingertips. Completely web-based, you have web and mobile access to the information you need. The intuitive interface is simple to use and simple to manage. By utilizing Skyward's Family Access, Parents can manage their notifications and alerts for attendance, grades, missing assignments, and emergencies, among other items. Students can check grades, schedules, activities, and much more. Skyward simplifies everything you need to do to manage your academic career!
