Columbia City High School will be hosting a Class of 2028 Parent Meeting on Thursday, November 30 at 6 p.m. in the CCHS Performing Arts Center. Door 1 will open at approximately 5:30 for check-in. This meeting is expected to end around 8 pm.
At this meeting, you will receive important information regarding diploma types, graduation requirements, freshman course selection forms, high school course recommendations, as well as information regarding Eagle Tech Academy and our two new academies: Innovation Academy and Service Academy. Understanding the academy structures, course and diploma options, visiting the building, and meeting high school staff will help ensure a smoother transition into high school for your student, as well as you as the parent! It is important that you and your student make every effort to attend this event so you will have information about these changes. Every parent will be required to complete an application by December 8th to determine which academy fits their student best. If you are unable to attend a presentation will be emailed out, but we encourage you to reach out to a counselor with questions.
