Introduction to Strength Training will start on Wednesday, October 5. It will be held from 7:10-7:45am at ISMS. Please enter door #5. You must have a completed permission slip turned in prior to attending. Permission slips are available in each grade-level office.

It’s 5K awards day! This was our most successful fundraiser ever raising over $20,000! All of the money goes directly back to student activities.
6th grade scientists got a hands on experience into the food chain and predator/prey relationships by dissecting owl pellets today. Tomorrow they will identify the types of animal bones the uncovered,m. Ask your 6th grader about what interesting bones they found today!

6th, 7th grade, and EAGLE students watchED a private performance by Chamber Theatre Productions at the CCHS auditorium. They performed 5 stories: The Tell-Tale Heart by Edgar Allan Poe, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow by Washington Irving, The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County by Mark Twain, The Monkey's Paw by W.W. Jacobs, and The Necklace by Guy de Maupassant and an excerpt of The Raven also by Poe.

Yesterday’s 8th grade social studies classes tried to see if they could survive as colonists in the New World. Could they obtain food, water, clothing, and shelter? Could they avoid the Royal Governor and Tax Collector?
For homecoming week, the 6th grade reading class has special guest readers. Thank you CCHS students Peyton Shearer, Katie Bolt, Ethan Sievers, and Nataley Bockelman as well as SRO Leatherman and firefighter Mike McGregor.

As we end Homecoming week, here are a couple of the meals served to our students these past few days. Featured lunches pictured are from both Coesse and Mary Raber Schools, but these meals were enjoyed by students at all the elementary schools. ISMS and CCHS students also enjoyed a second entree along with a salad bar option. Everyone enjoy a great weekend, and- GO EAGLES!!!
